Melissa is a highly skilled design consultant with a depth of construction knowledge, project management skills, and a strong background cultivating positive relationships with architects, contractors, and trades.  She is unusually intuitive with her clients during the design process and is adept at helping clients and their construction team overcome their most pressing design challenges.

As the owner of two nationally recognized home furnishings boutiques and the procurement specialist for the AT&T Center, she is also gifted in furnishings specification and design; sourcing and acquisition of antiques and global finds to custom pieces; installation; and staging.

Melissa’s love of travel and expedition provides inspiration and product for her designs.  She’s an aspiring photographer whose lens is focused on nature and historic architecture.

Haberstroh is a challenge to remember, difficult to spell and the pronunciation butchered more times than not.  Melissa jokingly told her husband Jeff (short for Jeffrey) that when she wrote her first book or designed her first home furnishings line, that she would adopt “Melissa Jeffrey” as her Ralph Lauren name.
